Our 17 unique Cooperative communities are 100 percent member-owned.  You and your community are represented by members elected to a Board of Directors, who serve three-year terms. You will find a wide array of Committees for the effective operation and activities of the Cooperative and you are encouraged to contribute using your interests and life experiences.
